We are pleased to announce that we have recently received a grant for 2021 from Leicester Forest East Parish Council for the refurbishment of our Café area in the library. This has enabled us to purchase some new Café Bistro tables and comfy brightly coloured faux leather chairs. We are very appreciative of this contribution and hope that this will encourage you all to come into the library to try these out and to sample the refreshments on offer when the library is open.
The café will also be open weekly on a Wednesday morning for our Coffee and Chat group from 10am to Noon from the 19th May.
The 1st Saturday of the Month for our Coffee and Cake morning from 10am to 1pm will be commencing Saturday 5th June (Mostly outdoors on this occasion, with a Plant Sale, Cakes, Avon and Flamingo Paperie cards on sale).
